Reading Portable Document Format (PDF) FilesItems marked as PDF files (often with either a

symbol) require the Adobe Acrobat Reader. This is a free product with several useful functions. You may click here to go directly to the Adobe web site where you'll find a downloadable version of the Reader. Please note, on slower connections to the internet, it may take some time to download the Reader. However, once installed on your machine, you will not have to download it again, at least until Adobe issues a new version.
If you try to read a PDF file without having the Reader installed, your operating system may try to ask you what application you would like to use to read the file. In this case, cancel the read request and go get the Reader!
